My Book Moments For This Week (June12-18)

Moment#1: I finished these books.

1. Play with Me by Marian Tee –Β  🌟🌟.5
I didn’t feel connected to the characters.. Insta-love is meh. It lacks something… I can’t still figure out what.

2. Matchmaker’s Playbook by Rachel Van Dyken – 🌟🌟🌟.5
The concept was unique. It was okay but not outstanding. It has good points and funny moments.

3. Taming the Tycoon by Amy Andrews – 🌟🌟🌟.5
An okay read. Stresses the importance of spending your time on things that really matters and not on superficial things.

4. Babe in Boyland by Jody Gehrman – 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Cute premise! I totally like it. It was short but cute and funny. And it made me realize a lot of things. Boys are really mysterious entities. Lol.

5. A Kiss At Midnight by Eloisa James – 🌟🌟🌟🌟.5
I love this story! See my review HERE. πŸ™‹

Moment#2: My Vague Memory.

During this week, a book triggered a memory of another book I’ve read. I can’t remember the title of the book but I’m quite sure it was a book that blew my mind. So here’s what I remember from the story:

They are a group of students trying to rebuild historical ruins. They were commissioned by a wealthy man into a top secret project. They are to be sent via principles of quantum physics to the past so they will be accurate on the restoration of the ruins. But a lot of things went wrong.

… something like that. It’s a time travel kind of book. Anyone who knows the title of this book? I CAN’T REMEMBER.πŸ™‡

Moment#3: Shining Moment.
