Phantom Shadows – Book Review

Title: Phantom Shadows
Author: Dianne Duvall
Series: #3 of Immortal Guardians

Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was hesitant to start the third book on the Immortal Guardians series. One reason is that I’m not too fond of the lead guy.

There’s a lot of negative vibes on this book, lol. The black sheep of the Immortal Guardians family, Sebastien is not trying at all to be accepted by his newly found family. Only Dr. Melanie Lipton seems to see beyond his facade.

With the increasing number of deranged vampires, covert mercenaries and unneeded hostility, everything seems to be going wrong.

A lot of new characters were introduced. The French immortals are a bit prominent on this book.. I did enjoy this book, I just felt that the story seems to be going on a lot of directions, lol.😁

Will I read the next book? Definitely.😸👍

  1. Oops. That first comment I sent was an accident!! Here is my real comment:
This sounds really good! Do the all the books in the series have to be read in order? Or can I skip around to different books in the series and not be confused? Nice review! 🙂

    • Yep.. It’s really good, especially if you’re into paranormal/urban fantasy genre… 🙂 You need to read them in order, though they are technically stand alone, in terms of the love birds per book, the story of the whole Immortal Guardians is continuous and embedded on each story… World building is great but not that complex.. Hope you’ll love it too… 🙂
